Karambit - a type of knife that originated in Indonesia, with roots in Malaysia and the Philippines. It is characterised by an inverted handle with an opening for an index finger. The rounded shape of the blade is characterised by great cutting efficiency - the blade imitates the way a tiger's claw tears through - piercing and cutting. Used as a work knife, martial arts knife (Self Defence and Martial Arts) and as a defense knife if necessary.
Blade - 3mm thick with an aggressive Hawkbill profile, coated with scratch resistant, non-reflective Titanium Coated. Blade made of AISI 420 stainless steel, hardened in the range of 54-56 HRC, resistant to corrosion, chipping, cracking. The rounded shape of the blade is characterised by great efficiency and speed of cutting. Hawkbill profile imitates the way an eagle's talons tear (piercing and cutting at the same time).
