1.4116, X50CrMoV15 - molybdenum-vanadium steel used for high-end knives, cutlery and surgical tools. It is characterized by a fairly high hardness, as for stainless steels. Resistant to corrosion under kitchen conditions. It is a recommendable alternative to 1.4034 / X46Cr13 / 4H13 material. The chemical composition is enriched with Chromium content, Molybdenum and Vanadium addition.
Blade - extremely sharp with Drop Point shape, perfect for survival and hunting applications. The smooth Plain blade was derived with a concave grind (Hollow Grind), which gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. A false blade on the back of the blade increases the knife's piercing capabilities. The entire blade is coated with a black Teflon-based anti-reflection coating. A large lower hilt protects the hand from slipping on the blade. On the back of the upper jimping wedge, notched thumb rest.
Handle - made of Micarta, pressure-pressed canvas with synthetic resin. Textured surface of the facings for comfortable grip. The handle was screwed directly to the tango, making the whole structure very rigid and durable. The fore finger groove improves the ergonomics of the grip. At the top of the Lanyard Hole, a hole for threading a safety or decorative cord.
Sheath - hand-stitched, made of natural brown leather with embossed manufacturer's logo. Attaching to the belt or to the shoulder stock allows the knife to be carried vertically or horizontally.
