Blade - Spear Point is made of well-sharpened, durable high-cobalt N690 stainless steel with a hardness of 58 HRC, manufactured in the Austrian steelworks Böhler-Uddeholm. The blade is chemically polished with a non-reflective MIL-C-13924 BURNISHING coating. The plain Plain blade has been ground with a high flat grind. The high grind provides excellent cutting edge geometry and the false blade facilitates penetration.
